Stan Jones' classic cowboy epic is done with extreme reverence here. No ground breaking details, no double picking, and no hyper speed - and you won't miss them at all! This is almost gentle, very genuine, and just plain good.

This live recording of The Chantays' "Pipeline" is more rock than surf, yet it flows nicely and has a sea weed country sound. Excellent energy and delivery, with a slightly gritty feel and solid performance.
