Euro Surf (Instrumental)
"Chaquita" is a pretty song delivered with stereo delayed lead guitar over a pleasant backtrack. That may sound tepid, but this is a very nice track with an attractive melody and sound.

An interesting beat gives "Petulia" a captivating edge, while the quirkiness of the little extras and evolving big guitar lines that suggest the surf make this a fascinating track. Quite nice.

With a beat and bass line much like the stand back phrase from "Living In The USA" gives this a bluesy jam feel, while the tone is anything but the blues. Twang and a chorus add yet another dimension.

"Stella" is a softly flowing piece with a romantic melody. This easy track is very easy to enjoy. Changes and good arranging complete the picture. Happy and optimistic.

"Sweet Alice" sports a happy rhythm track and a jazzy front line. Its quirky structure adds a grin without being gimmicky. Pretty cool!

This is a bit of a bluesy number via its progression, while the rhythm track is not at all bluesy. Engaging, but a bit repetitious.

There's a nod to Jeff Beck and Les Paul in the lead, and a sense of European pop overall. "Times Are Passing By" is bouncy and happy with an infectious sound. Way fun.

The jet crosses over to bring forth "Trans Global." It's a song with a lovely South American style melody in places, and a sense of vacation in others.
