Track by Track Review

Dalida dotdotdotdotdot
Tuba Surf (Instrumental)

A fine rhythm guitar pattern and mysterious desert melody on lead guitar run ghostly patterns above tuba and bass pumping. Surf guitar plays a wonderful pattern dripping in reverb. Great drums round out "Dalida" for superb drama and aquatic charm.

Munt dotdotdotdot
Tuba Surf (Instrumental)

Circular surf guitar lines and tuba pumping drive a frenzied pattern, then between are romantic melody lines and rising rhythms. "Munt" is unusual and cool.

Munt (Belly Funk Mix By UBK) dotdotdotdot
Tuba Surf (Instrumental)

This is a bizarre remix of "Munt." The circular surf guitar lines and tuba still pump and drive a frenzied pattern. This song has become a dance floor trance pumper on the industrial edge. It grew on me pretty quickly while listening, which I actually did not expect.

Sabal dotdotdotdot
Tube Surf (Instrumental)

"Sabal" is an edit/alternate version of "Sabale," shorter and a little less crisp. Angular chord danger to which the drums add to an uneasy future. Double picked guitar lines, and a mysterious melody played with balalaika-like tone. The primary difference is that this version fades a minute earlier.

Surfing Tuba dotdotdotdotdot
Tube Surf (Instrumental)

The tuba provides a sort of fog horn imagery to the surf guitar's double picked groove. Middle eastern melody structure and a gradually speeding up midsection make "Surfing Tuba" all fun. The engines race across the aural spectrum. Entirely cool!
