Track by Track Review
Biker Fuzz (Instrumental)
Thundering fast paced pummelicious motorcycle fundango. Melodic, fuzz-faced, and powerful.
Biker Fuzz (Instrumental)
Screaming guitar assault, drums rampaging, bass thundering, dirty guitar tones, and big chords. A fine ugly Hogg rider's anthem. Very powerful.
Biker Fuzz (Instrumental)
Aptly named grindy grodie and grungy, recorded before there was anything called grunge. It certainly foreshadowed the Seattleite disease, and defined what grunge would have to sound like - low down growly fuzz guitar. Great!
Biker Fuzz (Instrumental)
Melodic mid tempo compressed guitar rave. It's got some very pretty tones in the bridges, and splendid playing (of course). A fine track.
Biker Fuzz (Instrumental)
Very cool dramatic drums open this surfy rhythm fuzz monster. It's low-E lead line is pure grodie power, without being overpowering. Davie's sound here is stellar. A great song, and it's title is apt, with the rolling cruising feel of the thing. melodic and hot.
Biker Fuzz (Instrumental)
A progression oriented track with a whole lot of appealing sound. It's more melodic than your typical progression track, but less than most of Davie's own creations. It's very big, very powerful, and has a funky air about it.
Biker Fuzz (Instrumental)
Employing the opening chords to Heart's "Barracuda" as a platform for a melody, this super heavy monster pummels the Bud out of those pesky frogs. It's quite thumpy and grodie. A very cool and dark song! The bass glissandoes are too cool.
Biker Fuzz (Instrumental)
Indian tom toms under a very fuzzy melody line reminiscent of the Kinks in spots. It's melodic, and the guitarology is solid. A fine edgy track.
Biker Fuzz (Instrumental)
A clean second guitar only brings out more of the dirty guitar tones in the lead. Great crunchy and wonderful. Davie's a monster, no question about it.
Biker Fuzz (Instrumental)
This riffin' grinder grows steadily, employing a basic progression and a modicum of fuzz and chunk.
Surf (Instrumental)
"The Sea" is in the belly of this monster. A clean rhythm guitar, surfy underpinnings, and Davie's trademark fuzz lead. Melodic, and most seaworthy.
